RPR: From Developing Athletes to Olympic and World Champions
RPR has been used across the entire spectrum of human performance—from junior high and developing athletes to Olympic and World Champions.
What makes RPR unique is that it is not intended to replace an athlete’s existing training, therapy, rehabilitation, or healthcare system. Instead, it is designed to complement and enhance those systems by addressing compensation patterns that can develop throughout the body as a result of training, injury, stress, and repetitive movement.
One of the primary objectives of RPR is to help reset these compensation patterns and improve how the body organizes movement and muscle activation. By addressing these patterns, athletes can potentially move more efficiently and get greater benefit from the training and therapeutic methods they are already using.
The release of the RPR app takes this system to another level by making advanced RPR methods significantly more accessible.

Historically, some of the techniques taught in RPR Levels 2 and 3 were only available to individuals who completed the more advanced courses. Because these methods can become complex, many athletes and coaches were never exposed to them.
The app changes that.
Instead of requiring the athlete to understand the underlying complexity of each reset, the athlete simply selects the problem or area they want to address. The app then provides the appropriate combination of Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 resets through easy-to-follow instructional videos.
The athlete doesn’t necessarily need to understand why every individual reset was selected. They simply follow the sequence and perform the recommended techniques correctly.
This allows us to take some of the most advanced concepts developed within the RPR system and deliver them in a format that is simple enough for virtually any athlete to use.
Advanced methodology. Simple application.
Whether the athlete is just beginning their development or competing for an Olympic or World Championship, the objective remains the same: help the body function more efficiently so the training, therapy, and performance systems surrounding the athlete can work as effectively as possible.
